Question: I am charged with DUI in SC and moving back to Kentucky. If convicted of the charge in South Carolina, how will this effect my license and insurance in Kentucky? Thank you for your assistance.

yes you will recieve points on your liscense, and if you accumulate too much. will be suspended. your insurance will increase as well
