   I was given a citation for criminal trepass. I have to appear in the Roswell Court and was wondering if there is a such a thing as asking the Judge for a prayer for judgment?

   My understanding is that a Prayer for Judgment is only available in a limited number of states such as North Carolina. I don't know where you are located. I have seen it most often in motor vehicles cases and do not know its applicability for criminal cases. I would find it less possible with a greater charge.
