My mom has grandparents rights. Has been raising my son for 13 yes and I want to give up my rights.. She wants me to act like a mom but he calls her mom and she calls him son so I see no reason to call him my son I need to know what I need to file to give up my rights.

Has the baby's father had a DNA test done?
Does he pay child support?
