I put my daughter in her car seat (strapped in all the way) put the car seat onto a cart at walgreens (the front part that children sit in) when walking out of the store there is red bumping cement lining the sidewalk once we went over that her carseat fell off of the cart she went body/top into the concrete hitting her head on the pavement. no visiable head damage nothing seems to eb worn with her she is seeing her DR now but can i sue these people or at least get some awareness of the danger with there carts/carseats not working well together??

Suing Walgreens for this? Are you kidding me? What monetary damages have you suffered? If you want awareness, write a certified letter to someone at Walgreens corporate and put them on notice!
