Someone got access to 3 checkbooks in our possession (personal, church, and one over which we have POA). They had a heyday signing checks to their own names and forging our signatures...$20,000.00. Can you tell me please what the statute of limitation is in the State of New Jersey to bring legal accusation to the parties involved? Thank you.
