I was with a friend that had access to locked gate he knew the combination that went to private property never exited the vehicle my friend did exist vehicles and started to commit crimes I did not have any idea that he was breaking the law now they want me to plead guilty to same charges and I am innocent

You have the RIGHT to DEMAND and stand trial.
If you believe you are as innocent as a one hour old baby, take it trial, impanel a jury, have your day in court.
The state must PRIVE your guilt.
Beware, if you've BLABBED, that makes it easier for the state, but you have the RIGHT to be tried.
