For the past 3 years, I have been piling on credit card debt while moving toward the opening of an online business. It's a licensed LLC. The company is still not ready for operation, and I lost my regular job 7 weeks ago and have not been able to find work. I have started skipping credit card payments already.
If I had to file personal Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the future, would I be in jeopardy of losing my business, online domain name, and company trademarks?
If so, do you suggest I sell now before things get worse? And could it be
sold to someone on my wife's side of the family and still be legal?
