Personal Bankruptcy chapter 7 and garishments

recently filed a chapter 7 BK but a collections agency is still garnishing my wages. is this legal??

Before we go further , is yours a no-asset CH.7 ? Did you call to tell them, or ask them if they have received notification?

Are you sure you included this collection agency in your bankruptcy? If so, need answers to Proserpina's questions. Also, what are your wages being garnished for?
