My landlady was placed in a nursing home and her daughter has taken over her rental properties...my land lord has always let me pay my rent within ten days of it being over due with no problems.. the daughter is refusing to abide by this is threating to evict me if I dont pay it before or on the due date. I have no lease and I was wondering if she can evict me if my rent is between 5 and ten days late

She can but she will have to go through the normal eviction process with notice etc. You don't have to get out at this time.
