change director name of 501(c)(3) in certificate of corporation in New Jersey

Hi, we have already obtained the certificate or corporation for a 501(c)(3) in New Jersey a couple years ago. Now we want to change the director name to someone else.

1. is that doable?

2. how to do that?

I googled, looks like we may only need to file one of the following:

but now very sure which should I use.

3. after filing the new form, will the old form still be on the relevant New Jersey governing websites?

4. what else should we do to clean the outdated record as much as possible?
