Car title

I am divorced yet still cannot get my ex-wife to sign the car title to get my name off of it. I have signed and given her the document. I do not want the obligation or liability of continuing to have my name on the document. What can i do?

Have you contacted the divorce attorney who handled the suit to see why this issue was not addressed during the proceedings? Try and see if through an attorney she will sign it. Good Luck!
