Car Rental Accident...

I Rented A Car And Had Full Coverage Insurance. I Let Someone Drive The Car, They Let Someone Else Drive The Car Who Was Drunk And Totaled The Car. Apparently, 3-4 Other Cars Were Involved.

I Was Not In The Car And In Another State At The Time...and I Have Proof!!!

Car Rental Is Now Saying I Am Responsible For A $16,000 Rental Car.

The Driver Is A Rapper And A Manager Of A Major Rapper, Who Has Albums Come Out And They Are Making Money, Yet My Credit Is Soon To Be Done With.

Can I Counter Sue, And How? I Have No Idea Where To Begin. I Am Now In Nevada And The Accident Took Place In California.

Call the police and/or ambulance (if necessary), and then call the car rental agency. Be as cooperative as possible. The car rental agency will have its own policies regarding accidents.
