I allowed a young man to take up the notes on my previous car. Now the motor is gone, and he doesn't want to pay for the car. What if anything can I do about this situation?
Did you sign over the notes officially to this young man? Do you have any agreement in writing? If no and no then there is nothing you can do short of taking him to court. Even then with no proof of the agreement you may not win.
