car in my name but don't own a car

Recently found out there is a car in my name but I don't own a car what can I do

How did you find out that someone has a car in your name? Do you KNOW that someone has a car in your name, or did you happen to hear from a friend of a friend that someone had a car in a name similar to or the same as yours?

You can always check with the DOL in your state to determine for certain if there are any cars registered to you.

Perhaps someone else with the same name?
A visit to you state's motor vehicle department should clear things up.

How do you know there is a car in your name? (How did you find out?) Do as suggested & contact your state's DMV. Maybe it is a similar name, or same name with a different date of birth (or something).
