I was paying Kramer & Frank (Capital One) each month (agreed to at court). Had job transfer to a new state. Sent new address and payment to K&F. They returned check with letter stating account has been closed. Found out tonight that Capital One went and cleaned out my bank account. No longer live in Missouri, why did K&F close account and why did Capital One garnish/levy my old bank account when they had K&F close the account?
