I can post but when i try to send a private message it says I don't have permission to access that page. I need help.

Its likely you need a certain number of posts before you can PM anyone. Who were you trying to reach perhaps they can read this and contact you?

Have you ever sent a PM before? You might need "possibly" 50 posts to do a PM.
