can u garnish someones wages and go after their property?

I sued someone for 20k, his wages are being garnished finally, but its only 10% of check and every other month. Is there a way to get my money sooner.

Can I go after his wifes wages and their property?

If the wife was not named in the suit you cannot go after her wages. You can certainly have a lien placed on any property that his name is on. The lien will prevent refinancing or sale of the property.
