I have a C-corp for the manufacture and sale of blown glass. It is a very small time venture. I'd like to start including non-glass businesses under the C-corp umbrella - freelance writing, jewelry and perfume making and sales for the liability protection of personal assets and tax benefits. May I do this at any time? Or must I create new corporations for each venture seperately? Thanks!

If you want to get the benefits of each company being immune from each other, you need to set them up separately. Think of each corporation as an entirely different person - if it's the same person doing two businesses then you've got that one person liable for the debts of both businesses. Good luck!
