We live in Michigan, (after my wife got violent) I left, I went to police station had them stay while I got my stuff out. They said no contact between us except via email. Everything had to stay at the house we were (she is) till the courts decided. The question I have is I sold my 4-wheeler (that was mine solely before marriage) to my brother about a wk before she did this, since 4-wheeler is in my brothers name doesn't HE have the right to go get it. Before she destroys it and she will.-
