I was charged with 3 counts, and I have a plea for only one of those counts. But in my plea they have added a school zone onto it. But in the original indictment, that count had not stated the offence occurred on or within 1000ft of a real property by a school zone. My question is can they re-write the count on a plea, even though it doesn't have it written on the indictment???
