I have made plans to travel to Mexico City , this month, to visit my daughter who lives there. I have been charged with felony retail theft, in Illinois, & I don't go to court until November. I was released from jail, without having to see a judge or having to post bail, just with orders to appear. Nothing else. Can I still continue my plans to visit her
If no conditions have been imposed upon you by the court, there should be no reason not to go for a visit. Just make sure you are back in time to appear in court.
