Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI can i get some or all of my rights restored?

I was convicted of a felony in Tennessee in 1994.(Manufacturing, delivering, selling of a controlled substance.) I have fulfilled my probationary obligations and paid all of my fines. I could not get this exponged because of a DUI less than a year later. I was wondering what is or if there is a process to have some if not all of my rights restored?
