Consumer Law, Warranties can i get my 1% from a company i got threw a divorce?

I was divorced in 2008 I got 1% of a company we started in our marriage. Its a road condition business. And has done very well if you look on line it says it worth millions. I want to know since 2008 can get my 1% or even sell it?

You should have received your share f every asset acquired during the marriage. In Texas, each marriage partner receives 50% of all assets acquired during marriage. If that didn't happen in 2008, it can't happen now. Res judicata means the issue has been settled. You may have gotten nothing then, because the business wasn't profitable. It only became so in recent years. I don't know. Your lawyer might know. If you were pro se, ask yourself. The court will only address what you wish it to inquire into. You don't ask, the court won't inquire, care, or act.
