My blood cousin accused my husband of trying to do something to her 9 year old daughter. There is no evidence, no DNA etc. The DA had to go with taking my cousin's side, for whatever reason.
My husband was charged with a misdemeanor of sexual battery and has been given 2 years probation and 10 years listed as a sex offender. ----That being said, I was wondering as my husband is an illegal alien from Mexico, is it possible for him to go back to Mexico and not have all of this follow him? We'd like to move there doing everything legal where he is concerned.
