In Ohio is there any legal or ethical or legal problem if the attorney who drafted the trust is also named in the trust document as the trustee? The attorney, I, get a fee for drafting the trust and if I out--live the grantor would also get a fee for distributing it at his death.
Can drafting atty also be trustee?

Have you discussed this with the Indiana state bar? I'm not sure there is a conflict of interest except you would probably want to ensure that your client has capacity.
