Can child share inheritance with sibbling

If a US citizen wrote an estate will in which a child is excluded. Can a child who is inheriting share his inheritance with a child who is not inheriting. Does it depend on state law?

You can always give him whatever you want but there may be a gift tax issue. Otherwise, no.

disclaimed property goes... In the will, the
person leaving the money must name a secondary beneficiary
who would get the assets if you disclaim.

Unless the person who wrote the will puts my sibling as secondary beneficiary if I disclaim?
