Can anyone help my boyfriend was put on remand for false imprisonment, affray, and threats to kill.he has had to have mental health assesments etc. i withdrew my statement a few weeks later and now his plea and case management hearing is coming up, as i have withdrawn my statement there is no other witness so isn`t the only thing he can be charged with affray? he has already served 3 months me and my family have gave good character statements about him, it is his first offence. so can he be released at that hearing or will he have to wait for sentancing? or can the cps still push on the 3 charges? no one seems to be telling me anything...
