Can an attorney dismiss a case without his client's knowledge?

OK, aparently my problem does not interest anybody, maybe that's why, I have not received any answer until now.
Cansomebody tell me, what should I do when my attorney dismisses my case, without telling me? Does he have the right to do so? What can I do to take my money back? Thanks.

First, there has been a problem with accessing the forums that is being taken care of so seeing the posts was a problem. Second, in order for people to see the thread you need to respond to your original post instead of creating new threads if there is no response. It's also known as "bumping."

I don't understand the question and probably is the reason why nobody can answer. An attorney cannot "dismiss" a case. Only a judge/court can dismiss a case.
