my situation was that applied to removed the conditions on my residence after married an american citizen . i got 2 years and 2 months married but i sent the form 1 month before expire so i recieved a letter that allowed me to stay and work in USA for one year .my divorce went really bad ,nasty dispute over property so she threatened to take my papers away .. base on what if my marriage was in good faith ...does she really can take my papers away ? .... :no:
