At the fact finding hearing the prosecutor was leading witnesses most all the way through. Also badgered my anger counselor. How does a commissioner get to violate his own instructions?

At the fact finding hearing the prosecutor was leading witnesses most all the way through. Also badgered my anger counselor. How does a commissioner get to violate his own instructions?

If a witness is being badgered, or lead, its up to your counsel (or you, if you're pro se) to object, stating (OBJECTION, LEADING; or OBJECTION, ARGUMENTATIVE) and the judge rules on your objection.

Whining about events in the courtroom OUTSIDE of the courtroom is pointless, fruitless, and useless.
