I just received an MIP 25662(a). Its my first ticket or offense besides parking tickets. I am an extremely good student with extremely good grades and such. There was only one beer in the car and I claimed responsibility. Is there any way that I can not have my license taken away? It was such a small amount, a first time offense, and a good student, can i use any of this to lessen "the blow". What is my best approach to dealing with this?
