Hello - hoping someone has some accurate information. I have a friend that is working on a cruiseship on a C1 Visa and wants to stay in the US for 2 weeks once he disembarks in San Diego for his leave. He has an current C1 Visa and on indian passport...I have read that you can stay in the US for 29 days in a C1 Visa - BUT---do you have to notify the US consulate? Or are there any forms to complete and submit in order to stay in the US....
