I just wanted to ask a real quick question. I am in the process of buying a home right now, my closing date was supposed to be this Friday, however whilst communicating with my mortgage broker he happened to mention to me that there was an extension put on my closing date. I was very unhappy about this because my realator that Ihad been working with NEVER called to inform me of this, nor did he send me any contracts to resign with a change of date. The contract that is still in effect is for Friday the 17th.
Not that I am looking to sue or anything, but the cloing on this house need to be immediate. They are looking at the 30th of July when my daughter starts school on the 3rd of Aug and I just simply cannot register her for school.
What can be done to expedite this process?
