Im trying to look into starting a valet trash company that services apartment/cond communities. Taking trash from doorstep to dumpster. Im in pinellas county. How do I find out what licenses, insurance or bonds I need? Who can I contact?

Im trying to look into starting a valet trash company that services apartment/cond communities. Taking trash from doorstep to dumpster. Im in pinellas county. How do I find out what licenses, insurance or bonds I need? Who can I contact?

A local attorney would be the shortest route. He'd be familiar with all the laws, licenses and permits, insurance and bonds you may need. It might be a complicated business. The other way might be to contact a state licensing agency. How about the Florida Division of Licensing?
