Corporate Law Business closed, but they owe me $100.00

I prepaid into a Tanning Salon Account for 4 months of service to be used this summer and the business has now closed. I received no notice on my account with them. I do not know where to start on getting my $100 dollars back for services they did not render. What should I do first? How do I find this woman? Any advice would help. This occurred in SLC, UT and the deposit to my tanning account was made Sept. 2007.

Check with the city or county to see who owns the business and possible recourse in such situations per local law. They can direct you to such laws or services for help or resolution. The owner of the property might be able to give you the names, contacts and forwarding address of the lady......if you are lucky. Check with the Better Business Bureau too…………..
