building in foreclosure

i live in western michigan. i rented an apartment from my boss. she owns the whole building. it houses my apartment, a restaurant, an insurance office, and a tattoo shop. she has been foreclosed on, and all have left. im still here, with my 3 children. i dont have a lease, we never filled one out. all of the utilities are in my name. my boss called me today and said the building is back in the banks hands, and the water is going to be shut off. and the gas and electric too. the water has been shut off. can they do this? are they allowed to call the utility services and have my services turned off? dont they have to give me some sort of notice to vacate? any help is greatly appreciated, is Christmas, and i have no where to go.
