While my girlfriend lived with me at my home which I own we enclosed my garage to make an extra room so her daughter could move in. I never agreed to compensate her in any way for the cost of doing so in which she paid with her credit card for the material and my brother and I did all the labor. She and her daughter willingly left 8 months ago at which time she verbally and written in the form of an email told me the debt she incurred was hers and she would pay for it. Now 8 months later she tells me she want the door to the outside, the ceiling fan and a shelving unit in my storage unit. Does she have legal right to any of these items? Do I have any recourse?
