Boyfriend refuses to move out of my home that I own

I have spoken to him about leaving many times. He abuses alcohol and lies about it. He is causing my daughter whom lives with me such problems. He's pays no official rent but buys things here and there. He's had 2 DUI charges and is still on probation I could get him into legal trouble but I don't want to do it that way. I need help. I'm to the point where I absolutely hate him. I'm literally sleeping with the enemy.

It's not clear what sort of "help" you're seeking or that you think anonymous strangers on the internet can provide.

Since it's not clear whether you have grounds to seek a protective/restraining order, your recourse is limited to evicting your boyfriend (ex-boyfriend, I hope). I strongly suggest you consult with a local attorney about how to do this.
