Since the lease is in both of our names neither of us are legally required to leave. Since my original post we have both digressed into childish behavior. Including rooting through each others private things, cussing, etc.
My concern is that my ex has threatened to take me to court, so that I will have to re-imburse him for the household expenses that he has paid, over the last two years.
The fact is I didn't pass the coarse I was taking and therefore our lifeplans fell through. With the recession it has taken me months to finally get a job, but my paycheck won't arrive until the middle of the month.
