Bonds Bearer?

Hi , my wife & I have came across some bonds and were not sure to what they are , it reads State of Mississippi , acknowledges itself indebted and , for value recieved hereby promises to pay bearer the sum of bond.
The bonds are dated august 1, 1968. with the principal and interest to be paid @ first national bank in the city of Biloxi ,which is no longer open .
The interest coupons are all missing , so is the bond any good?
