I hope someone can give me sound advice ,I declared BK in 2005 . I did not reaffirm my home ,my wife has been ill . But I have kept up with my house payment ,I'm at the point were I don't have much money due to the doctor bills . I'm looking to leave the house and buy a leaser priced home ,can I do this ?Am I able to purchase a home even thou I return the home to the bank?Please advise
