Virgin company made me pay ridiculous amount of money of my phone bills as I am on contract with a payment of £20 per month.however, I phoned them asking if i had run over my minutes I was told i have by £15 which makes it £35. When it comes end of the month day made me pay £145 claiming I have phoned diverse numbers to other networks.I have also requested them to send me the bills to my email so I could calculate all the calls I have made several times they agreed to do so but untill now I have not received anything. This is has occured not just once but twice, what should I do?
