I recently bidded on a repoed vehical that had "no reserve". Now they have desided to take it to the auction, after saying they wouldnt unless they didnt get bids. Is that legal?

It may or may not be legal, but consider yourself lucky.

It probably is legal, depending on the terms of the auction.

In most cases, a seller can withdraw the item form auction at will.
