My nephew called and told me a bench warrant has issued for him in Oregon, he now lives in Mass, regarding a probation violation for community service.
He told me that he wrote to the judge (no proof of that of course) telling her his life was threatened which is why he left oregon.
Is there any way to change jurisdictions for that warrant?
