I was driving my wifes car and was hit by another car (drivers side). I have no insurance. However, my wife does on the car I was driving (her car).
Her insurance stated she is at fault. The gentleman that hit me insurance company wants her to pay for damages. She has been called at her job, and told if she does not pay she will be sued, and they will garnish her wages.
I need guidance, it was not my wife fault. I was driving.
