I'm being sued by Capital One for a credit card debt I can't pay. I have already declared bankruptcy 3 years ago and can't not do it again for a while. I have not paid on this card for at least 8 months. I currently have no job or income. I have been disabled since May and am waiting to be approved by Social Security Disablity. I want to know what I should do and what will happen if they receive their judgement against me. I live with a friend and own a car. I don't own anything else. I received that summons on Dec. 7th. Please help I don't know what else to do and can't afford a lawyer.
