i lived in l.a for a short term for privet reason (in the first i planed to live for long term .
not in perpes i gave check's with out cover for them.
now after i solve my problem iwant to come back and to pay it.
but i'm afriad to be arested.
i gave check's in amount of 4000$ tell me what will hapend to me if i get to the state ?
help me please.

Are you saying that you presented a bad check and want to pay up without having to deal with the authorities? Has there been any prosecution yet? Have you spoken to the payee? If they received all the money I would think it likely that you would not be prosecuted. What makes you think that you will?
