Hi had some financial troubles and fell behind on some payments on a loan and the loan went to $700.+I Received a letter saying That they were going to garnish my wages,I try to work this out with the company but to no luck.I only see 1 way out and thats Bankruptcy,Now what i need to know is or will this stop them from garnishing my wages,and what can they take of my things. My car and Motor cycle still have liens on them with other company's that i bought them through? I going to see a Lawyer Monday if they are open,Just need a peace of mind for tonight.thanks for any help.
