I have filed bankruptcy, went through a paralegal. I had to file in steps, because I needed to stop garnishment. I proceeded to continue the filing, and the disc the paralegal gave me did not show up properly, so I had to manually input the names of creditors. I forgot to put a lawyer for one of the creditors. This is the lawyer for the creditor to stop the garnishment, so his name is already in the records. If I were to go back and put it in, today is the last day. Shall I go ahead and put it in, or just let it go? Thanks for the advice.

Better to put it in than having to deal with the collection of unpaid debt later. Make sure you put on the description box that this is the lawyer of the creditor that is trying to garnish your wages. Good Luck!
