I'm a little unsure what you are asking? Whether your declaring bankruptcy will permit your tenants to file suit against you? I'm not sure they would or whether it would even be worth their while if they would go through the trouble of getting an attorney. How much could they possibly receive for breaching a lease with a few months remaining, if that's what you are asking?fschemmel said:We are going to have to file bankrupty because we can no longer afford our home.
